Hi! My name is Caroline and I am a wedding planner in Vail, Telluride & Aspen, Colorado. La Vie Adeux allows me to offer services in these beautiful mountain locations to accommodate couples in all stages of the planning process. Devoted to capturing my couple's vision for the big day and bringing it to life, I take pride in taking every step with expert organization and flawless timing, always going above and beyond (check out my reviews!).

After more than 10 years in the wedding industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and invaluable vendor recommendations to future to-be-weds. My love for everything weddings & events started at Allie’s Cabin in Beaver Creek, continued at The Four Seasons Resort & Residences Vail and was only strengthened with The Jerome in Aspen, Colorado. I have held multiple positions in luxury hotels throughout my career such as Catering Sales Manager, Banquet Captain & Events Manager, acquiring my experience through years of hands on exposure, making it first class in the industry; both behind the scenes and for you and your guests on your most special day!

Originally from France, I was ecstatic to incorporate my background and maiden name in my company name “La Vie Adeux”, meaning “Life Together”. This influence steers me in a more sustainable approach to luxury weddings, always trying to reuse florals as much as possible and striving for less waste, always. With La Vie Adeux, I offer month-of coordination, partial and and full-service wedding planning packages (let’s chat about what’s best for you!) for all events, whether corporate retreats or weddings.

I can step in at any moment to assist couples with the design concept, timeline creation, and vendor liaison to ensure a flawless wedding with all details attended to. Every package is fully customizable and I am happy to expand my event/wedding planning package to accommodate specific needs. With my level of commitment and service paired with Colorado’s beauty you are certain to see my passion shine through every type of service offered!
